been looking through some of your old terms and i was wondering - is it okay for me to call navicoric something else (naviaesic maybe) to avoid misusing coric?

amatopunk:

i actually already changed it to navichoric at one point, because it’s a kenochoric gender anyways, and an easy fix. i don’t think -aesic would work for it since it’s not an aesthetigender (if i understand that suffix right?) so using the new term is probably the way to go.

here is the archived (and updated) coining post i made with its proper name, if you want/need it

not strictly an aesthetigender anyways. aesthetics can be an aspect of it, but it’s generally just. a gender related to house of leaves that MAY be related to the themes / characters / aesthetics / and so on… so unfortunately, using “naviaesic” would be just as much of a suffix-misuse as “navicoric” was

annoyingly, i really did not understand what coric meant when i very first started coining genders back in 2020, but thankfully i think i went back and fixed them all over time (i remember doing this for oddcoric too)
