like. lets imagine for a moment what that actually looks like. the world that you are positing requires for a hiring manager to sit down and look at two candidates, a trans woman and a cis woman, and consistently choose trans applicants over cis ones.
There are two obvious cases here. The first is that the trans woman passes, and the two candidates look identical, leaving no way for her to be advantaged whatsoever. The second is that she does not pass, and the hiring manager, while viewing her as a “man in a dress” (as you lot love to put it) willfully chooses her over the cis woman. Show me any data that could possibly support this behavior. Look me in the eyes and tell me you believe this makes any sense at all
