like yeah it’s extremely hard to explain what it means but a lot of my terms are like that. it’s my whimsical nature

the best way i know how to explain it is like. imagine the multiverse is real. there’s universes outside of our own. and if you entered into that universe and found intelligent life, they might have their own social experience/identity that works in a similar sense to gender identity, or at least can be compared a bit on the surface, but it isn’t gender. it’s some unique thing of its own, with possible differences in how its conceptualized or explained. that separate identity / social construct would be a “menre.” it would also be a menre if, say, you had a nonhuman species who had their own social designations in a somewhat similar sense to gender, but is still separate from it and works as its own independent branch of identity. stuff like that. but obviously, considering how broad and frankly confusing the entire concept is, it could look like so much more than just this
